For this week, we are engaging in a discussion of the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendment. These Amendments were the direct result of the American Civil War (1861-1865). How did these Amendments to the Constitution CHANGE The United States? How did it alter, or did it, the relationship between the American Government and the the People of the United States (look to Eric Foner).
