The first will be the perfect kit for your own use if money were no object. Would you choose a portable studio booth? Are your needs more mobile in nature, needing to record in different locations? Consider your needs and make an equipment and software list with prices and where the different components can be found.
The second kit will also be personalized, but the challenge will be to make the second kit design as inexpensive as possible. Could you put together a kit with just your iPad and a microphone? Where can you find inexpensive noise reduction options? Is there free software that you could use to get by? Could you put something together for less than $100? Do you have enough to put together what you’d need for free?
Put together a short presentation and present the two audio setups.
