Overview
Write a paper addressing LGBTQIA+ Policy that outlines the following:
- Identify and research two different changes in policy/law that have happened within the past 10 years impacting LGBTQIA+ service members
- Describe/define the policies utilizing actual policies as references (as opposed to only articles ABOUT the policy)
- Identify any emotional, mental, physical, and financial impacts
- Outline any family/partner impacts
- What NASW Code of Ethics are applicable? And how are they in alignment or opposition of the policies outlined?
- Provide personal reflections regarding policy changes
- Identify any experiences, biases, or new information gained
- Requirements
- References/APA: Minimum of 6 scholarly references including the textbook
- Minimum of 5 pages of content, and a maximum of 10 pages, excluding the title & reference page
- Utilize headers to separate main topics
- Apply appropriate APA citations
