Overview
Chemistry is all around us— so today, I want you to look at the products you use every day and do a little research on them. For this discussion, find ONE chemical product in your home (ex. baking soda, vinegar, bleach, hand sanitizer, laundry detergent, etc.). Take a PICTURE of the product (selfies are always welcome) and upload it to your post. In your post, explain what the product is, what the chemical/ingredient in it is (include the molecular formula of the chemical) and why that chemical/ingredient is necessary for the product you chose.
Requirements:
- Initial post due Thursday.
- Two replies due Sunday.
Please do not forget to include in-text citations and references (APA format) for all posts and replies. You must also put all information into your own words. Posts will not count towards participation if there are no citations/references as it constitutes as plagiarism.
