Overview
You are to submit a decision making plan to resolve an ethical dilemma/need related to one of the nine topics provided on pages 9-11 of this syllabus. The plan should consist of a problem statement with a description of the need of the school/district in relations to the chosen topic. Relevant information on the current status of the school issue should be included. At least three goals to resolve the issue, along with implementation steps for improvement should be provided. A means for evaluation should be included for each implementation step. Write a summary of the process. 3-5 pages. You may refer to the Sample Assignment 2 paper in Module 3.
