The emphasis of the assignment is ethical dilemma's in the workplace. (Each student will compose a scenario based on a ethical dilemma issue where an individual’s rights were violated, including a observed or encountered incidence.)
- Write a short scenario (case study) describing an ethical dilemma in nursing. You may use real experience from your clinical practice or one from course readings. Do not include real names or identifying information.
- The scenario must involve a situation where a nurse manager or leader needs to make a decision.
- At the end of your scenario, write three (3) discussion questions.
