1.Students will write a brief regarding a tort dispute [Intentional Torts]
2.Students will include the following:
a.Issue [1 sentence]
b.Rule(s) [1-3 sentences]
c.Analysis / Application(s) [7-10 sentences]
d.Conclusion(s) [2-3 sentences]
3.Students will use the inline-text function to enter response. There will be no other formats accepted.
4.Students will only choose one (1) dispute to analyze.
5. Students will use the rubric provided to help format responses.
