Favorite Exhibit and Why:
Below is what I saw at the zoo when I went here’s description of the exhibits and animal
Giant panda in the panda habitat there is a bed made out of wood there are numerous trees he has a rock cave there is an area that looks like a pool but due to the weather it was empty I’m assuming they remove the water because it was cold And I noticed there is bamboo sticks on the ground The area was pretty large so he had a lot of space where he can rome around There was a blue giant ball that he can play with if needed
The elephant exhibit is covered in sand the elephant has a Lotta place to run around I noticed there was fences made out of metal with wires going across and they had others to play with the elephants went by themselves I noticed there is a large white toy a tire toy there was a water puddle which they could play with or drink out of if needed to
American bison there was two bison at the exhibit gally & lucy is made with metal fences and they had in pergola area made with wood it was a little bit muddy in certain area it was surrounded by small trees they had an area where they could scratch their body it was green with spikes
The tea that is in his underground cave seetinv on hay there was fences all around taller than 6 foot tall there was a pond of water which was a bit greenish there was trees surrounded large area for the cheetah to run and play
Golden headed lion Tamarin The exhibit Set up in a playful manner they had different color balls which the monkeys can utilize and play with there was two of them they had a small house in the top of a tree and they had small trees and leaves you look like or artificial leaves they had food the food look like it had worms in it so I’m assuming that’s what they eat it wasn’t a form of green with live worms in it One thing I noticed it was very colorful with bright colors they were also eating papers which I don’t think it’s good for them They were inside of a glass exhibit surrounded by clear glass around
Prehensile tailed porcupine: The accident had a jungle like drawing surrounded the glass exhibit there was two of them they had dry hay hanging from a tree and it was two of them they were mostly sleep the whole time we were there but the look of the exhibit look like a jungle with the drawing that was on the wall Mickey jungle like
Orangutan The orangutan was an exhibit made out of glass put the back of the accident was made with wired fences it had tree like structures him with a red will in a green bag and also green will that the monkey was using to play with and he had a waterfall inside of his exhibit in a bed a swing like bed and he’s all over the place it also had an area that looks like a small miniature cave where the oragutan can go inside and play with they also had lettuce and fruits and corn that they were eating on on a big green bowl
Comodo Dragon It was in a glass exhibit there was a big puddle of water look like a small swimming pool area there was an in-depth bed area where the Komodo dragon can go lay in there was real trees and climbing tree trunks that the Komodo dragon can go around and it was a pretty large place I only saw one dragon so that’s a lot of space for one animal
cuban crocodile there was a large swamp area in the accident surrounded by green trees in plants there was a ramp area where the crocodile was laying there quietly and looks sound asleep by the look of the exhibit it looks like the wild due to the fact that it was numerous plants in tree it was very greenish and the swamp was full
Fly river turtle This turtle eggs a bit wasn’t a large water paint surrounded with miniature fish in there was plant in the tech also the turtles but sell it had a large area fine to runaround and they had tree trunks in the rocks in the tank
The tiger exhibit was very large there was swamp like water in a river flow front the tiger was surrounded by small trees and plants there was a cave lake area covered and hey that the tiger was sleeping in and the time on the area was really large surrounded by fence fences metal fences and a high brick mural to prevent the tiger from escaping The area was really spacious so the tiger king aroma around as it please
The lion exhibit was fairly large with a river flow swamp look alike and there was a climbing area it looks like a mountain there was two lion in that cage there was small cavelike areas where they can go to sleep and there was a large trees It was surrounded by fences and a large brick mural and also there was a small black letter to help them grow up I’m assuming There was also a red balloons red balls around the exhibit
