Overview
- Understand organ system integration
- Recognize effects of adaptations relevant to the environment
- Consider potential trade-offs and physiological constraints.
- Biome type: temperate forest.
- thermoregulation: ectotherm
For the first part of your project choose one type of the following for the animal that you are building::
- Skeletal System: endoskeleton and locomotion is air or flying.
- Nervous System: lobed brain, smart
- Circulatory System: 4 chambered heart, closed system for efficient flying.
- Respiratory System: Bird lungs with air sacs
- Digestive system
- Excretory system
