Yeast experiment

Overview

In your experiment, you assessed yeast reproductive success at three temperatures: 0°C, 35°C, and 99°C.

Here is the data sheet:

Calculate the mean, standard deviation, sample size, and standard error. Remember to include x and y axes labels as well as a figure caption, and please answer the following questions in a textbox within your excel sheet:

1. Briefly summarize your results (look at your graph), and the conclusions you can draw from them, in a few sentences.
2. What has led to error (in the statistical sense-think standard error of the mean) in this experiment? In other words, what about the methodology, or the experimental design in general, would you improve in order to collect more accurate data?
