Assignment Instructions: The topic of your Course Project will be on Diabetes.
Mini-Presentation requirements:
Your presentation will be submitted as a PowerPoint with speaker notes in each slide and a separate transcript on Word.
- Format (10 points)
- Title slide included with your name, date, class name, instructor name, and project topic
- Required order of topics/subtopics
- Brief but detailed and descriptive phrases Content Slides (60 points)
- The name of the medical disease or condition you chose as your topic and the reason for selecting
- Definition of the medical disease or condition
- History of the medical disease or condition
- Relevant image of the medical disease or condition
- Present and clear Reference Slide (10 points)
- All source material and images used are included
Writing Expectations and Scientific Terminology (10 points)
- Accurately applies scientific concepts and uses scientific terminology correctly
- Proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Create a 3-4-slide PowerPoint presentation to include the following:
- A title slide with your name, date, class name, instructor name, and project topic
- Content slide(s) to include:
- The name of the medical disease or condition you chose as your topic and the reason for selecting
- Definition of the medical disease or condition
- History of the medical disease or condition
