Overview
Choose one micronutrient and write a 4 page paper on the nutrient. The paper must include a title page, reference list, paper must be in AMA or JAND format. The paper must be a discussion on why this nutrient is essential to the human body, sources where the nutrient can be found, and creative ways to consume this nutrient.
