Once you've submitted your first draft, you will be assigned another student's paper, you can find your assigned peer review partner in the "Completed First Draft & Peer Review Partner" folder. Your peer review should include feedback on grammatical/typo errors, content, and organization/flow.
Additional Guidelines for Peer Review
- Your comments should be thorough and reflect that you have reviewed the paper thoroughly.
- Focus on critiquing the paper's flow, format, readability, accuracy, and grammar.
- Address whether the paper includes sufficient research to support the author’s position.
- Point out any inconsistencies you encounter while reading your peer’s paper.
- Point out the strengths as well as the weaknesses of the document.
- Considerer whether the author uses a variety of relevant and reliable sources to support their arguments.
- Offer suggestions, not commands.
- Remember that your comments should be appropriate and constructive. Be respectful of your peer’s work.
