Pillar Discussion #3; Due Diligence
This will be the last pillar discussion to tie into your final Due Diligence Paper. In this discussion, since you are the expert on this biotechnology, break down the following things for me and the class;
- What are the biggest strengths of your technology (cannot be only what you assessed for SWOT, etc. these should be specific challenges you've identified when researching this technology)
- what are the biggest weaknesses of your technology (i.e., issues marketings, clinical trial issues, etc.)
- Where do YOU see this technology going in the future (i.e., future applications, areas it hasn't expanded into yet but YOU think it should
- What other DUE DILIGENCE areas need to be assessed for your technology from everything you have learned in the course so far (i.e., marketing, commercialization issues, intellectual property issues, etc.)
Your peers will then comment the following week on anything else you should add before integration into your final paper.
