CONTENTS:
- 1 page written summary (i.e., brief “elevator pitch”) of your technology all of the research you have done in this project and what is most important for people to know.
- This is THE key skill we’ve been working on. How can you be the expert, have done all the research, and present your findings at a digestible level that is still comprehensive.
- Strategic Model Information
- Take your presentation and put it into a word document.
- Pillar Discussion #1
- What IP / legal protections does your technology have? Which company or companies holds the ownerships of these legal protections / intellectual property?
- What clinical trials have been leveraged for your technology to get it to market? Are there any post-FDA launch clinical trials / monitoring occuring for your technology?
- Pillar Discussion #2
- discuss different marketing techniques used for your technology in real world examples. If there aren’t marketing techniques currently used, please describe ways you feel the value of your technology could be communicated
- discuss how you feel the inherent value of your technology will increase or decrease and how marketing & commercialization should adjust accordingly
- Pillar Discussion #3
- What are the biggest strengths of your technology (cannot be only what you assessed for SWOT, etc. these should be specific challenges you've identified when researching this technology)
- what are the biggest weaknesses of your technology (i.e., issues marketings, clinical trial issues, etc.)
- Where do YOU see this technology going in the future (i.e., future applications, areas it hasn't expanded into yet but YOU think it should
- What other DUE DILIGENCE areas need to be assessed for your technology from everything you have learned in the course so far (i.e., marketing, commercialization issues, intellectual property issues, etc.)
