This week we are going to discuss the age-old debate of nature vs nurture.

Read the following before you prepare your response:

• Feller S (2015) Nature vs. Nurture: It's a tie, study finds - a summary of a study published in the journal Nature, which analyzed 50 years of twin studies to try to determine whether the environment or genetics was most influential.
• Nature vs Nurture article in the Week 4 Learning Resources

Discuss whether you think nature (genetics) or nurture (environment) is more influential in how a person develops. Support your position with content from the two articles and provide an example to substantiate your position (e.g. a particular trait such as personality or IQ or height).

Part 2. Biotechnology

Select a biotechnology technique. It can be one from the learning resources or one that you have researched on your own.

Briefly describe how this technique works, and its importance in human genetics, either historically or currently.
