choose 5 traits that are personal to ourselves and talk about them for 10 minutes, you could mention the origin of the trait and how it effects our lives among other things,
you can make a presentation with 10 slides that I can read of for one minute each,
if possible create the presentation on a website or an app that has TelePrompter and a way to record a video that goes with the presentation. ( Canva is possible with some more information on the note side to talk more then the actual slide)
