For example, include vaccine ingredients/components, how it is administered, which host tissues, cells, and chemicals/proteins are involved. Discuss which, if any, adjuvant(s) are required and their role in your vaccine. 3. Discussion on the development of the vaccine, including pre-clinical (any model systems used?) and clinical testing results. Include timeline if possible. Detail any barriers that were incurred during development or distribution. 4. Detail the use of the vaccine (history, target population, effectiveness, safety, risks). 5. Mention cost(s), physical characteristics (e.g., thermal stability), multivalency, length of immunity, dosing, booster(s) need/availability.
