- As the potato strips are setting, what do you think will happen in each of the strips in the cups?
- Create an appropriate table to collect your data.
- After 2 hours, do you notice any changes? After 4 hours?
- After removing the potato strips, how do they feel? Are they easier or harder to bend than before?
- What do you notice about the potato strip measurements?
- What changed about these potato strips?
- What is the comparison between your results for each potato strip?
- How did the length and diameter of the potato strips change in each cup? Can you explain your results?
