Your reflection should focus on a real life situation that involved a conflict between ethical principles, personal values, or organizational expectations. In your essay, address the following points:
1. Describe the situation – What was happening, and what made it a moral or ethical dilemma?
2. Explain the conflicting values or principles – What values were at stake in the dilemma? What choices were available? Were there some ethical choices that were unavailable?—explain.
3. Describe the resolution (or lack of one) – How was the dilemma handled? Was it resolved in a way that felt fair and just? If not, what exactly went wrong?
4. Reflect on the outcome – What did you learn from this experience about ethics in business and your own moral decision-making?
