Create a comparison/contrasting chart of your leadership approach and the leadership approach of your supervisor/colleague
In this formative, you will create a comparison and contrast of your own leadership approach and that of a leader or colleague. You will provide unique characteristics for both leaders. You will also provide commonalities of both leaders. There should be a detailed list provided of how each leader addresses evaluation, training, communication, adaptation, and implementation in your organization. There should also be a detailed paragraph summary explaining the chart’s information.
Document Type/Template:
- Concise information on both leaders with clear comparison and contrast, especially in the areas of program evaluation, employee training, communication, adaptations, and implementation of new programs.
- Columns on the chart are uniform with adequately sized font for readers. Detailed information on both leaders is required.
