* Discuss how specific departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) contribute to the overall goals of the company.
* Provide examples from course readings to demonstrate how functional strategies support business and corporate strategies.
Current Organization:
* Based on your research, describe the company’s current organizational structure.
* Include an organizational chart that highlights the roles of key officers and managers at the corporate level.
* Briefly describe the basic responsibilities of each key officer and how they contribute to the company’s overall strategy.
Implementation Procedures:

* Discuss how cultural factors could support or hinder the execution of the strategic plan.
Critical Success Factors:
* In Project 1, you identified and briefly discussed eight critical success factors (CSF) relevant to the industry and used the competitive profile matrix (CPM) to assess the company against its primary competitors.
* Restate the CSFs from Project 1, explaining why each is important in evaluating the success of the company’s strategy.
* Discuss how CSFs represent elements that a company must perform well to achieve its goals and objectives.
* Mention how CSFs can inform the development of performance measures such as key performance indicators (KPIs), which will be discussed in the next section.
Evaluation Measures:
* For each set of goals and supporting objectives identified in the strategic plan, assign at least one key performance indicator (KPI) per objective.
* Develop a balanced scorecard by incorporating the KPIs into the appropriate categories (e.g., financial, customer, internal processes, learning, and growth).
* Discuss how the balanced scorecard will be used within the organization, including who will provide the necessary inputs and how often reporting and review will occur.
Corrective Action Plan:
* Discuss the importance of having a corrective action plan and provide examples of situations where it would be necessary.
* Identify who in the company would be responsible for developing inputs to the corrective action plan.
* Select one objective from the strategic plan (section 7), assume the KPI for that objective has not been met, and assess the possible causes.
* Develop corrective actions to address the deficiency and realign the strategy to get it back on track.
Conclusion and Summary of Projects:
* Write a one-page summary highlighting the key findings from Projects 1, 2, and 3.
* Emphasize the significance and consequences of these findings, and explain what they mean for the company’s strategy moving forward.

Feedback on last Paper from instructor: made a 90% on it, striving for 100%
Overall Feedback
This is a thoughtful and well-constructed strategic plan. You demonstrate excellent research skills, a strong grasp of Tesla’s strategic pressures, and a realistic roadmap that spans vehicles, energy, and autonomy. To reach the “Outstanding” category, strengthen the analytical linkage between your tools and your recommendations — especially by presenting a clear QSPM methodology — and tighten the writing to reduce repetition.
You’re close. Tighten the logic, sharpen the analysis, and keep pushing.
Attached is the First draft for this assignment 1-5, the peer review from my peer of my draft, the rubric of the assign and the corrections I made from the peer review. If there is anything else needed please let me know. This is the final paper to complete this class and I need to have this done before the weekend because I have surgery next week and I will not be able to see. Thank you.
