2 REFLECTIONS: Students are always encouraged to share their insights about any relevant topic – whether from recent news, media depictions, empirical research findings, supplemental course resource, or social or academic event you attended. Please submit a 3-paragraph summary of each event or topic which also comments about how this relates to any concept/s from our class. While your topic must have some connection to course materials, it should not be something that was already covered in our course materials, discussions, or Workbook prompts (attached to remind you not to use them). For example, do not write a reflection that elaborates further on Lareau’s article or how it relates to learning/childrearing styles within your family.
