In your interview, management explained the issues with lack of morale and motivation through the work environment and all locations. As part of your second interview, you’ve been asked to complete a questionnaire.
Instructions:
For the questionnaire, please address each question with details and examples. Remember this is part of a job interview.

- What challenges do IHRM face when establishing a compensation program?
- Discuss at least three legal factors that impact global compensation programs and why?
- How can compensation programs be used to increase motivation and boost morale?
