The paper should include:
- A review of the literature of two case studies focused on similar organizations.
- Contrasting findings
- Proposed Solution or Justification
Remember, you will propose a solution for change should you feel one or both companies involved could have altered the outcome. Or, your response can justify, with specific examples, why one or both case study organizations did the right thing.
