I am seeking academic support from someone with proven and solid experience in CIPD Level 3, specifically Unit 3CO04: Essentials of People Practice. This assessment is strictly marked, and any deviation from the brief or templates may result in a referral, therefore attention to detail is critical.

• Very careful control of word count
  ➤ All written tasks must be completed close to the minimum word count, not the maximum, to allow room for amendments if the assessment is referred
• Clear understanding of academic integrity requirements

  ➤ No AI-generated content
  ➤ All work must clearly reflect learner-authored writing
• Ability to provide a Turnitin similarity report confirming no AI use and no plagiarism

Assessment Breakdown (As per CIPD Brief)

✅ Task 1: Recruitment & Selection – Written Answers

• Word count: 1,500 words (±10%)
• Covers AC 1.1 to AC 2.5
• Includes appointment and non-appointment letters (excluded from word count)

✅ Task 2: Selection, Shortlisting & Simulated Interview

• Covers AC 2.2 and AC 2.3
• Development of selection criteria and shortlisting matrix (3 candidates)
• Selection of one candidate for interview
• Preparation of a structured interview script using STARR-based questions
• Completion of the interview evaluation matrix with clear justification

📌 Important clarification for Task 2:

• The required support is academic only (interview script, STARR questions, matrices, and written justification)
• The actual interview will be conducted and recorded by me
• I will upload the interview as an unlisted YouTube link and include it in the final submission

✅ Task 3: Employment Relations & Legislation

• Word count: 1,250 words (±10%)
• Covers AC 3.1 to AC 3.5

✅ Task 4: Performance Management & Reward

• Word count: 1,500 words (±10%)
• Covers AC 4.1 to AC 5.3

✅ Task 5: Learning & Development

• Word count: 1,250 words (±10%)
• Covers AC 6.1 to AC 6.5

Mandatory Use of Appendices

All CIPD-provided appendices and templates must be fully completed and included after the reference list, including (but not limited to):

• Skills Observation / Feedback documentation
