The previous assessment (Review the performance of the hotel based on the management accounts provided )that you prepared for me was excellent.
At this stage, I need a new assessment that is based on the same requirements, and linked to the first solution, but written with new wording and structure in line with the assessment brief.
Assessment 3 - Individual or group activity (40%)
1. Prepare a valuation for the Hotel using three different approaches selected from the course (including DCF) but also using data prepared from Assessment 3 for a DCF calculation. Show your calculations and state your assumptions clearly.
2. Review each technique selected and comment on the recommended method for your valuation.
3. State your recommendations and conclusions.
This report should be submitted no later than 23rd January 2026 (23:59 Swiss Time) in the form of an academic report (using a scientific approach and structured with headings). Remember to fully reference the paper using APA(7th ed.)-style referencing.
