Overview
I work in Talent Management, where I analyze employee performance to identify the most suitable training programs from top global universities and institutes such as London Business School, IMD, Harvard, Oxford, and others.
I am currently developing a presentation that highlights:
• The selected universities and institutes
• The training programs offered by department and level
The opening slides feel text-heavy and unengaging, so I’m looking to redesign them to be more visual, impactful, and inspiring, while clearly demonstrating the strategic effort of Talent Management.

Key Improvement Ideas (Ultra-Brief)
• Add global rankings (QS / Financial Times)
→ Highlight that several selected schools are Top 10 worldwide
• Replace text with icons, rankings badges, and infographics
• Include a world map of partner universities ( USA, UK, saudi arabia, istanbul , italy, france , Switzerland، spain , amsterdam )
• Focus on impact, not description
