Overview
Observe organizational leadership within the people and practices in an organization. The organization may be real or fictitious, as in a movie, television episode, book, etc.
Compose a paper, PPT, or video that includes the following elements:
- Brief background and overview of the organizational context and leadership roles in the organization.
- Observations of leadership styles and practices.
- Description of how leadership effectiveness is defined.
- Scholarly analysis of leadership practices and outcomes.
- Application of concepts from both course texts and at least one additional scholarly source to support your analysis.

- 3 pages, double-spaced (excluding title, abstract, and reference pages)
- APA formatting with in-text citations and a reference list
- Must reference both course texts and at least one outside scholarly or industry source
