Overview
Analyze the 'Nucor at Crossroads' case and submit a report which should be about four pages, 12 font size, single-spaced Times New Roman, 1" margin on all sides. Please include all graphs/charts that you use in your presentation slides in your report.
The report should focus on the following three key aspects:

- Overview of the company's situation in the industry, its strategy, and the significant problems and issues that confront management. Avoid talking about company history, which does not highlight the crucial points, analysis, or recommendations.
- State problems and issues as clearly as possible.
Analysis
- Avoid merely repeating the case facts. Use case facts to support your arguments.
- Use appropriate financial analysis to assess the company's financial health and evaluate alternatives.
- You need to identify the issues involved in the case and build logically toward your recommendations.
Alternatives and Recommendations
- Identify alternatives
- Evaluate each alternative, and recommend the option you think is the best.
