Overview
Each professional will perform the role of a consultant/advisor. Your assignment is to create a comprehensive proposal for Adobe's core IT support to Reykjavik, Iceland. Your proposal will include the following information (but not limited to):
Executive summary, Roadmaps, Project plan, Budget($$, headcount), pros/cons, timeline, go-no/go dates (if applicable) Proposal should have at least 20 slides excluding cover and appendices. Include an additonal slide with all citaitions/resources

- IT support (UAT testing, Application development, Data centers, Help Desk support)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) > test planning, execution, and defect management
- Application development > Feature development, maintenance, and enhancements
- Data Center Operations > Monitoring, incident response, and change management
- Help Desk support > 24/7 coverage
- try to move within 18-24 months
- Include Tiger teams, who is leading this move & how are we leveraging AI
- Include Pestel Analysis, how much will it be to move to Iceland and back if needed.
- Look into IT Support Process Taxonomy and figure out what should move to Iceland and what should stay in the U.S.
- Think about Tax stuff, label laws, and HR related things
- Add in potential risks of moving to Iceland
- Show numbers!
