- The hospital’s mission and how it affected leaders’ strategy and metrics for success
- The business challenges the hospital faced as it grew

Submit a 1-page précis for the AIC Kijabe Hospital case, in which you do the following:
- Explain the value that the hospital brought to the country, region, and field of global surgery.

- Support your observations with evidence from the case.
