Overview

I’m currently working on a assignment and would really appreciate your support in preparing the required business report. The task is related to Category Management in Procurement at Riyadh Airports Company , specifically linked to Riyadh Airports Company.

To support you in this task, I will provide the following materials:

2. Crib Sheet – this is the most important document, all the questions inside should be answered and reflected to RAC

It should be written in academic style and in the third person

The writing should follow the standard CIPS business report format

📝 Word Count Requirement:

The report must be 10,000 words in total, starting from the Executive Summary through to the Conclusion only

Word count does not include the front sheet, table of contents, references, bibliography, or appendices

Please refer closely to the crib sheet, as it includes tutor notes, models to use (e.g. SWOT, STEEPLE, Balanced Scorecard, BPR), and how to link the report to the organization. The entire assignment should be focused on Riyadh Airports Company, using relevant examples where appropriate.
