- Restate the needed change within the organization.
- Analyze various leadership styles in the context of your organization’s culture and the proposed change.
- Justify which leadership style or approach would best support the organizational change. Explain how this style will accomplish the following:
- Support sustainable organizational success
- Integrate the organization’s mission and vision
- Increase value for stakeholders
