In this assignment, you will compare four commonly used performance improvement frameworks to determine which approach is best suited to a particular organization.

Select a company, institution, or organization of interest to you. This could be a current, former, or desired future employer. You will need to research the organization to gain insight into the business challenges currently impacting its people, processes, and systems.
Note: It is acceptable, but not required, to use the organization you identified in the Week 2 summative assessment.
Research each of the following improvement frameworks:
- Baldrige Excellence Framework
- ISO Standards
- Lean Six Sigma Principles
- Industry-Specific Alignment
Determine which framework is most appropriate to the business case identified.
Assignment Deliverable
Write a 525- to 700-word executive summary in which you justify the framework to be implemented. In your summary:
- Describe the framework to be used.
- Describe how the selected framework will be used as a tool for organizational analysis as it relates to your chosen organizational change and performance improvement/process optimization.
- Explain why the framework is appropriate for the organization. Provide examples of how similar organizations are leveraging this approach.
- Describe the pros and cons of the selected framework as it pertains to the organization’s people, processes and systems.
- Summarize the implementation plan for the framework within your organization.
- Explain how organizational performance will be monitored and addressed in the future.
