- Do Charlene Dearth posted Mar 24, 2026 10:36 AMI have taken on the role as the new restaurant owner since January. When checking our sales from January until April in our financial software it was a little hard for me to understand our exact sales. So I have created visuals to help better understand which items are selling well and how the business is doing month by month. I chose to use Clustered Bar charts as I felt they were a lot better to understand and visually see the differences in each item. From the charts we can see that Sopapillas is our top seller for the month of Jan as well as over all for all 4 months bring in almost 50,000 in sales. There is a very close run between Carne Assada with sales at 17,000, Queso Freso at 21,000 and the Guava Bar at 18,000. Our Empanadas are coming in at 10,000, Chocolade at 1,300 and Boldo Tea at 1,800. I do feel that some of these items with lower numbers need to be discussed with the staff on if they should be removed and replaced with other items they think will sell better or if there is a way they think we can get more people to by these items to boost up our sales even more.
