Leadership and Management are two completely different concepts. Leader is an individual who energizes and influences others through his/her values, ideas and vision. In contrast a manager is an individual who direct, controls and plans the work of others. After completing this discussion students will gain insights on the difference between leaders and managers and will be able to apply these concepts to real-life scenarios in the future.
