Strategic Plan Overview: Throughout this course, your group will create a comprehensive, three-year strategic plan for a fictitious organization. The group will first assess the organization based on the following criteria:
- How change is managed and issues related to organizational politics.
- The effectiveness of listening, recruiting, integrity, and teamwork and how they
impact onboarding and talent management. - The impact of cultural differences in the organization and how they are
celebrated or could be celebrated. - The connection between global leadership, teamwork, and collaboration.
- The alignment between human resources, social responsibility, and
entrepreneurship.
Each group will assess the strengths and weaknesses of their assigned fictitious organization. Based on the assessment, the group will develop a three-year plan to address identified areas of weaknesses. Each of the required criteria should include a minimum of three goals. Clear objectives should be associated with the goals. Goals should include a timeline for completion as well as a designation of who in the organization is responsible for each. The plan should include a justification of how the goal will address the area of weakness. The groups will be required to include evaluation methods including any metrics that they will use to evaluate the effectiveness/success of the goals.
