Overview
Analyze the 'Cadbury Schweppes: Capturing Confectionery (A) (M&A)' case and submit a report which should be about four pages, 12 font size, single-spaced Times New Roman, 1" margin on all sides. Please include all graphs/charts that you use in your presentation slides in your report.
The report should focus on the following three key aspects:
Identification of Problems and Issues

- Overview of the company's situation in the industry, its strategy, and the significant problems and issues that confront management. Avoid talking about company history, which does not highlight the crucial points, analysis, or recommendations.
- State problems and issues as clearly as possible.
Analysis
- Avoid merely repeating the case facts. Use case facts to support your arguments.
- Use appropriate financial analysis to assess the company's financial health and evaluate alternatives.
- You need to identify the issues involved in the case and build logically toward your recommendations.
Alternatives and Recommendations
- Identify alternatives
- Evaluate each alternative, and recommend the option you think is the best.
- As you can see there are 3 part, Identification is part 1 Analysis is part 2 and Alternatives and recommendations is part 3. You only need to do part 3. ill send you also the part 1 and 2 from my classmate but you will need to start without because they didnt do it yet. Also dont get to complicated in your answer because ill need to present it in class or 3 minutes my part
