Project and research

Overview

I am sharing the current progress on the Applied Research Project and ask for your support in refining and completing the next steps.

find attached the following files:

• The Explanatory Note for the rich picture: That it formulated the Initial Research Question, The reason for choosing it, and How does this serve the ARP.
• Applied Research Project – Work Details & Structure: includes our research question, objectives, and overall project direction
• Questionnaire: initial draft of the survey we plan to distribute to employees
• Email Communication with supervisor : includes our submission and her feedback (highlighted in red), which should be carefully considered in revising the project

At this stage, we need your support with the following:

1. Review and refine the questionnaire and ethics checklist based on the supervisor’s feedback, so we can proceed with data collection as soon as possible
2. Ensure alignment across: Research question, Objectives, and Data access and methodology
3. In parallel, you may begin working on the theoretical (literature review) section

Next Steps:

1. Once the questionnaire is finalized, we will distribute it and collect responses
2. We will then share the collected data with you to support: Statistical analysis and Results and discussion sections

Expected files receipt plan:

1. Finalized research framework (RQ, objectives, data access, methodology), Revised questionnaire and ethics alignment = ASAP
2. Final report (Word format) for review = after we shared the questionnaire response with you.
3. Final presentation (PowerPoint format) = after we review the final report
