Final-term Assignment: Select a publicly traded company’s 2024-2025 annual report, conduct an analysis, and express your opinions. Does the company have an efficient board of directors? Why? What accounting and financial policies and methods should the company adopt in its international operations? In addition to the analysis of corporate governance, a thorough examination of the financial reports is required, and based on this analysis, assess the company’s business performance. Ultimately, form a clear conclusion. Format requirements: single-spaced, Times New Roman font, 12-point font, margins of 1 inch.
