I want to make my business plan for Nashville airport. I always travel in the morning and there are only a few coffee shops and the line is usually very long. I saw in Dubai airport a little machine for coffee by itself, basically it is just a machine. There is a report for it, it is called a coffee machine robot for coffee.
You can say in the draft that this will help and make it easy for everyone. For me as the owner, I just need to make sure the machine robot is maintained and works for 24 hours instead of making the passenger wait until the coffee shop opens or wait a long time.
Also in the business you need to do a lease and do exactly like the example I gave you. Make it easy and short and follow all the rules of the business plan. Make it sound human and easy and make sure the lease and the numbers are the same.
