Scenario
You have recently completed a leadership self-assessment. As a leader, you are now tasked with reflecting on your results and understanding how your leadership style impacts your ability to lead. Based on this reflection, utilizing inclusive leadership principles, develop a strategy for leading a culturally diverse and inclusive team.
Instructions
Part (1): Leadership Self-Assessment
- Conduct an internet search for a free leadership self-assessment tool.
- Complete the leadership self-assessment and document your results.
- Write a one-page report analyzing your results, focusing on how they relate to your leadership style and behaviors. Discuss how these insights can be applied to your personal and/or professional real-life experiences.
Part (2): Inclusive Leadership Strategy
- Write a one-page proposal of strategies for effectively using your leadership style to lead diverse and inclusive teams.
