Overview
Write a 2-page-report in which you analyze the relationships within a healthcare system that are necessary to achieve an organizational goal, explain how the healthcare system can serve as the framework for problem solving, and explain ethical questions associated with a specific situation. By completing this assessment, you will do the following:
- Learn about the importance of and challenges in crafting meaningful goals and objectives and the importance of identifying specific metrics to measure success.
- Apply SMART and draft goals and objectives relevant to your project.
- Examine various concepts for decision-making and apply DECIDE—a model that is flexible enough to be applied to different situations.
- Explore the concept of systems thinking in greater detail and examine how it can be used to understand different dimensions and address complex issues.
