Overview
Operations Excellence Analysis of a Real-World Company: Applying Operations Management Tools for Decision Making. Each group is required to apply key Operations Management tools, techniques, frameworks, and theories taught in the course (Management of Quality) while evaluating real-world operational challenges and demonstrating analytical, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
