Overview
Your goal is to clearly define your WHAT section, or project direction, at a high level – identifying the leadership topic, question, or challenge you will explore throughout the course, with attention to the social and psychological dynamics that influence leadership.
This section should reflect intentional thinking, a clear starting direction, and an initial connection to leadership and social psychology concepts (e.g., perception, identity, influence, group behavior).
You are encouraged to support your ideas with at least one leadership concept, theory, or source, including relevant social psychology frameworks that help explain how individuals and groups think, interact, and respond in leadership contexts.
