I have a long final project for my regression class, and I would like your help writing the full final paper, following the assignment instructions.
Here is the structure of the project so far:
First, I had to choose a topic for my final paper. The full explanation of the assignment and topic requirements is included in the first document.
Second, I had to write a literature review using 2–3 research papers related to my topic. I will include the research papers and my literature review below. with on the document of my litterature review my professor feedback
Third, I had to identify my dependent variable and independent variables. For my project, I am studying the gender wage gap.
Fourth, I created my dataset using IPUMS CPS. I downloaded the data, cleaned it, and created the variables needed for my analysis. I will also attach the Excel document with the dataset and the cleaned variables.
Then, I ran three regression models in Stata:
- Model 1: This model only compares women and men. It does not control for education, experience, occupation, race, or Hispanic origin.
- Model 2: This model compares women and men after controlling for education.
- Model 3: This model compares women and men after controlling for education, experience, occupation, race, and Hispanic origin.
I will also attach a document with screenshots of the Stata regression results.
