BUSN 499 - Peregrine

What is the Peregrine?

The Peregrine Assessment is an academic program-specific assessment designed to measure your program knowledge. This nationally normed, summative assessment will aid in APUS' continuous curriculum improvement process and also provide you with insight into your learning progress.

Your exam score will be automatically sent to the classroom gradebook upon completion of the exam. The exam is scored as pass-fail If you have any questions about the assessment or your final score, please reach out to your course instructor.

Important Guidelines

  • The exam will include approximately 100 multiple-choice questions.
  • The timer will start when you click "Begin Exam".
    • Upon accessing your exam, you will be presented with a series of acknowledgment screens, including an acknowledgement of Peregrine’s Exam Integrity Rules.
  • Once you begin your exam, you may exit the exam twice, and you may take two 15-minute breaks so long as you complete the exam within 48 hours. However, while taking your exam, you may not click anywhere outside the exam window, switch applications, or use keyboard shortcuts.
    • Upon the first instance of such activity, you will receive the FIRST warning.
    • Upon the second instance of clicking outside the exam window or using keyboard shortcuts, you will receive the SECOND and LAST warning.
    • Upon the third instance of clicking outside the exam window or using keyboard shortcuts, your exam will be locked, and your attempt will be forfeited.
