Assignment:
Prepare a video/voice annotated presentation using PowerPoint (or another presentation tool) suitable for senior executive management (CEO, CFO, CMO, etc.) on the topics (course competencies) covered in MGT6705 Innovation and Organizational Growth (this course).
The assignment will be evaluated based on adherence to requirements, content accuracy, and presentation quality, with each criterion weighted at 33%.
Requirements and Details:
- Use PowerPoint or another presentation tool to create your video presentation.
- The overall length of the presentation should not exceed 15 minutes,
- The presentation must be appropriate for an executive audience, ensuring the content is concise and impactful.
- Address all the course competencies related to innovation, its importance in today's competitive landscape, the dynamics of organizational growth, and the various models and strategies integral to fostering innovation.
- Ensure your presentation follows a logical flow: introduction, main content, and conclusion.
- Remember to engage with your audience; speak "to the slide, not read from the slide."
- Save/Export the presentation in MP4 (video) format.
- Post a summary of your presentation in the discussion message dialogue.
- Upload your video (MP4 file) as an attachment in the assignment forum
