Identify a company you admire and explain why you admire them in detail. Your respect and admiration for the company can be based on a myriad of factors which can be described but not limited by the following factors: 1) financial performance 2) their ability to impact the marketplace in a significant way 3) their commitment to be a socially & economically responsible company.
If you do not have a company you currently admire, please begin the investigation process as soon as possible. Leaving this assignment to the last minute (w/o having a company you have identified) will result in a sub-optimal.
A priority of this paper is for the student to explain WHY they admire the company they have selected. What it is about the company that resonates with their definition of a successful company. This assignment is as much about the student as it is about the company itself. Simply identifying a company without a deeper exploration as to why that company motivates the student will result in a points reduction.
